Hello everyone,
We are so excited to be a part of Hope 4 Liberia Orphan Aid Ministry. We are excited to see how God continues to work through Hope 4 Liberia.
My name is, Janelle Hendren, and I wanted to introduce myself and my husband, Jim. We returned from a wonderful visit to Hope 4 Liberia's Orphanage just a few weeks ago and we are planning to return in October and stay there for six months.
Currently I am a music teacher at a Christian school to 4-year-olds through 7th grade.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Family Studies and Gerontology. Jim has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Education with a Physics Minor, and he has a Master's degree in Educational Leadership. Jim taught high school mathematics and ACT prep classes for 10 years. He was also a high school sport's coach for 12 years. For the past 20 years Jim has been a certified real estate appraiser. Also, Jim and I, own two small businesses - Premium Appraisal Services and J Three Homes. Together, Jim and I, remodel houses.
We have six children, one daughter-in-law, one son-in-law, and two granddaughters. One of our sons is getting married September 28, 2024. We love spending time with our family.
One of Jim's favorite Bible verses is - Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
One of Janelle's favorite Bible verses is - Lamentations 3:22-23, "Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."
