📍 Hope 4 Liberia Orphan Aid Ministry – Careysburg, Liberia
We are seeking two hardworking, experienced farmhands to join our growing farm team at Hope 4 Liberia. These positions support the daily food production that helps care for our children and moves our ministry toward long-term sustainability.
This role is for skilled, motivated workers—not beginners.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience in farming (required)
✔️ Knowledge of crop production and animal care
✔️ Creative problem-solvers who take initiative
✔️ Strong work ethic, responsibility, and reliability
✔️ Ability to work well as part of a team under farm leadership
🌿 Bonus (Not Required, But Preferred):
• Experience with regenerative or sustainable farming practices
• Previous hands-on work improving soil health and productivity
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Daily farm work (planting, harvesting, livestock care, maintenance)
• Following farm plans while also offering ideas for improvement
• Caring for tools, land, and animals responsibly

Boy’s Caregiver / Child Sponsorship Coordinator
📍 Location: Mamie Pepper Village, Liberia
🕊️ Full-Time | Live-In | 6 Days a Week | Ministry Position
Are you called to invest your life in discipling boys and helping raise the next generation of godly men?
Hope 4 Liberia is seeking a faithful, mature Christian man to serve as Boy’s Home Manager and Child Sponsorship Coordinator. This role requires a 6-day-a-week, live-in commitment and is centered on daily care, spiritual leadership, mentorship, and structure within the boys’ home.
This is not a shift job.
This is life-on-life ministry.
About the Role
The Boy’s Home Manager provides a stable, Christ-centered home environment where boys feel safe, loved, disciplined, and spiritually guided. You will walk with them daily—teaching responsibility, modeling Christlike character, and helping them grow into healthy, mature Christian men.
You will also help steward meaningful relationships between the boys and their child sponsors.

Daily Care & Home Life

Provide consistent, nurturing supervision

Maintain a clean, orderly home and teach life skills

Oversee hygiene routines, meals, and daily structure

Cook breakfast for the boys daily

Plan and lead 3 hours of organized activities for all children every Saturday
Spiritual Leadership

Lead morning and evening devotions

Guide Bible reading, prayer, and personal discipleship

Prepare boys for Sunday church
Mentorship & Discipline

Use non-physical, biblically grounded discipline
